WE’RE MAKING CHANGES TO OUR ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSES! HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…

We’re updating our Terms of Service to reflect changes in our online payment process.

 

From Monday 25th March 2024 all payments for Mystic Maids Cleaning Services will be processed automatically through our booking platform’s online checkout system, TimelyPay - which uses Stripe, a PCI compliant payment platform to securely charge your stored credit card.

What this mean for you…

 

If you already pay your invoices by Credit Card then you don’t need to do anything. Simply ignore your invoices and we’ll charge your stored credit card for you 24 hours after your service and email you the tax receipt!


If you usually pay by Bank Transfer you may continue to do so (as you will still receive the usual tax invoice) however this will need to be settled within 24 hours of completion of service to avoid your card being charged.

 

Rest assured if a service is required outside of the original quote, such as decluttering, you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences. We’ll never make additional charges against your card without discussing it with you first.


What if you weren’t happy with your service?

 

At Mystic Maids Cleaning we are only as good as our last clean! If at any time you feel our services are slipping we’d appreciate it if you brought it to our attention!

 

As per our Terms of Service, clients must report dissatisfaction with the service provided, within 24 hours of completion and a 24 hour delay applies to all credit card charges for this reason - so please get in touch as soon as possible if there were any issues with your service.

 

We will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently and may, at our discretion, offer either a partial refund to your card or re-supply of the service without charge.
